Q: Wow you're ripped. How did you get so ripped?
A: 6 packs are made in the kitchen. Oh.. yeah and I work out 7 days a week with P90X,P90X+ and other programs. However with working full time now however I am very limited and struggle to make working out even 3 days a week, but I plan to figure out a plan around this!
Q: What made you want to start working out so much?

Q: Why did you start making youtube vids?
A: Originally I wanted to be a video gamer developer when I was younger. I used to have a machinima clan back in Halo 2 where we would make movies in halo 2. Anything from Action,Music Videos, Glitches and more. It lasted for a few months but then we eventually all went separate ways. As for working out, Read the post link above. I wanted to document my process for people to show how a skinny nerd kid can transform into ripped and in shape.
Q: you never answered my email/youtube/msn/yahoo/friendrequest. why not?
A: I'm currently working full time and am always really busy. I'm sorry if my replies are late but I'll do my best to reply to everyone.
Q: Whats your goal with this whole youtube thing?
A: To make people more knowledgeable about losing weight and keeping it off. I know its hard to start up but once you can commit. You will see results if you do your best. I'm that push that gets you to commit to the program and reach your obtainable goals.
