if you read your Constitution you will see section 51 sub section 2

Australian Constitution - Section 51 - Legislative powers of the Parliament

I was appalled by Jon Faine's attitude to Kevin Bracken on 774 ABC. Jon was obnoxious and even stated "you shouldn't be allowed to say it because it's offensive". What manner of free speech is this??? On a publicly funded radio station. What, are we not to question our government or any other government and its official stance anymore? I'd remind Jon that many of us have friends and family serving in post 911 wars, and that it's our job as citizens of Australia to hold our government accountable! for the commitment of OUR troops to these wars. I would like to remind Fellow Australian that freedom of Speech is our "Constitutional "right! if Mr Brackon believes that 911 was a "Inside job"like many other Australians believe then maybe we should push for our Government to investigate further!?
