START HERE - Rotate Your Menu Play

Transition to whole foods. Motivate yourself and those around you with these exciting videos that make cooking with whole foods do-able in your own life. Learn how to buy "ingredients" rather than processed foods.

Rotating Menu Plan Play

Work around breakfast recipes, dinner recipes and food production recipes that rotate through the days of the week. Preparing dry mixes ahead makes the whole system easy and efficient. Even a child can use these mixes and become self reliant.

Sprouting Play

Ounces of sprouts can out-match the nutritional value of pounds of vegetables and prevent illness and disease in the process!

Gardening Play

Grow your own food! Everything you need springs naturally from the earth. All you have to do is plant a seed and watch it grow.

Baking with Whole Grains Play

Make your own dry mixes from your own freshly ground whole wheat flour. Just add water to make waffles, pancakes, crepes, sandwich bread, pitas, pizza dough, hamburger buns, sub sandwich rolls, dinner rolls and more!

Watch "Sunday Sprout" to learn how to sprout your wheat first and combine several grains to make Ezekiel Bread. This turns the dormant grain into a vegetable full of vitamins and enzymes.

Kids in the Kitchen Play

Transitioning to whole foods is often an uphill battle, especially if your family has been raised on junk food. We picked the favorite meal of most kids in America for Family Fun Night. PiZZa!! This is the night we gather friends and family for large group meals. Everyone can pitch in to make their own personal pizza or their own part of the ingredients.

To help with the transition to whole foods we allow our kids sweets on Saturdays only. We plan all week what we want for Saturday Sweets.

We decided to call our healthy sweets "treats" to make the differentiation. We have a lot of healthy snacks, too, that will replace the crunchy salty addictive snacks we all love.

Saturday is our day to focus on sweets, treats and snacks.

Raise Your Own Organic Eggs, Milk and Honey Play

Go beyond barely surviving on whole foods to living in prosperity in "a land flowing with milk and honey."

"Milk and honey" requires cows and bees. In the recent past our grandparents milked the cow before going to school and gathered eggs from the chicken coop. Grandma "killed the old red rooster" when a guest came to dinner.

Latter Day Survival - Food Storage Organization Play

Reduce your food bill by gathering foods that store for a year with the same grocery budget that you would have spent on one week of food. Learn how to store it properly to prevent losses. Gather friends and family for group buys of food, containers and appliances to reduce the price and divide the shipping costs.
