olinselot: Great questions - How often you post is completely up to you. The same goes for weighing in and showing body shots. A lot of people are new to making videos and so I'm not requiring any set amount of uploads or anything like that. So, you literally only need your entry video and then your results video if you want. The more involved you are the better though. There will be fun challenges throughout the contest, but they will all be just for fun and to keep people involved.
