What kind of animator are you? Flash animator ? Gif animator? or sonyvegas animator?
TacoStoneProduction: To slow down clips in Sony Vegas, go to the end of the clip's timeline, hold CTRL, and drag to the left, or to the right.
TacoStoneProduction: For a beginner MMV maker or just funny shorts, I suggest Sony Vegas. It can be recognized by its unique insignia. For a beginning at fight animations, I recommend GIF animating. Programs are Adobe Fireworks and GIMP, for example. For amateurs/pros, use flash. Adobe Flash or Macromedia Flash is great.

TheInnerPoptart: IMO, plot is more important than the animation. So your animation skills wouldn't be noobish at this point, but the plot needs a lot of fixing.
TheInnerPoptart: I think you need to work on the plot. The things just happen, but there's lack of emotion and/or thought, as in the characters just do it without thinking. By the way, what program do you use?
