just thought i'd do you a favour and mention that 'sleeper cells' aren't actually 'cells' in the biological term, but a military description of small terrorist groups that remain hidden and covert until told to act by their superiors wherever they may be.
the sleeper cells referred to in afterworld are a possible cause for what's happened, but it's just Russ and Delondre throwing ideas around.
It ain't a Bio warfare thing dude.
