Whats up
I really love your stuff. Everything looks delicious.
For my 18th birthday which is in a few months, I want to have this dinner party for my friends. I want something really, really, really nice, but at the same time... do-able (of course).
I love things that look simplistic but are really complex. I love modern cooking and the whole chic that comes with the look of simplicity and the taste of complexity. Maybe an example would be a Vietnamese spring roll wrapped in rice paper. The presentation is really simple: it's just two nicely wrapped rolls. The taste is complex: the inside of the roll does this part.
Do you have any ideas?
also, I want the quality of food to be impressive, but I have a feeling that I should be sitting down and eating at my own party... what should I do? I'd totally have fun cooking the entire time also.
Thanks
