um Irfin, I think if you know anything about marketing you'll realise that the best way to get yourself known is with simple, easy to pronounce and easy to remember names - I don't think Zed using a shortened version of his name has anything to do with being ashamed of his heritage! So good on you for being proud of your nationality, I'm sure Zed is too, but you've gotta be clever about these things. Especially if you wanna get in and make a difference.
