I've been telling myself for years that I would lose weight and get in shape. But, now I'm going to do it for real and am going to blog about it. So look our for that. I'm 182 right now and want to get down to at least 130.
Let's get the 50 pound self-challenge going
Small update -- i've actually been working out a little before starting the video I've actually lost nearly 10 lbs. So right now I am at 172.4
