Q: Do you sing in a barbershop chorus or quartet?
A: Not currently. I have sung with the Pony Expressmen chorus in St. Joseph, MO and with the Vocal Majority in Dallas, TX. I also sang in a quartet in the 90's called "Echo".
Q: Where can I find the sheet music for this song?
A: I usually pick out the parts to a song and record them immediately without transcribing it. If I do have the sheet music, I have either purchased it from the arranger or downloaded it from the internet. In most of my videos I have included either who the arranger is or where I purchased it from.
Q: Can you send me the sheet music?
A: I cannot send you the sheet music due to copyright laws. Please be considerate to the arranger and purchase the sheet music from them or from an authorized dealer/store.
Q: Do you sell learning tracks to your songs?
A: I do sell low cost learning tracks to most of the songs I perform on Youtube. If you are interested in purchasing, please send me a message with your request and I will give you detailed information on pricing and instructions on how to purchase.
Q: What recording equipment do you use?
A: I currently have a Neumann 103 mic. I record my audio using Pro-Tools 8 for PC. I never use the video cam's audio. It wouldn't sound very good. For video, I recently started using a JVC HD Everio HM200. For video editing, I use Sony Vegas Pro 9 which allows me to upload in widescreen HD.
Q: What settings do you use to upload in HD?

Q: Will you edit / EQ / mix / master my recordings?
A: Yes, for a small fee I can take your recordings that you provide me and make them studio, cd quality. Send me a message for details.
Q: Do you have a music studio?
A: Yes I do. I own a company called ROVA Music. I built a music studio inside of my house where I produce, record, mix, and master songs. For a competitive fee, I can record your next project. Send me a message for details.
Q: Do you use autotune or melodyne?
A: On occasion I will use autotune to touch up some spots. I do not use it through out the entire length of my songs. I use it mostly because of a lack of time to get the song done or because my voice has become shot due to the multiple recordings. I never use it in my chorus songs. For those who think that people who use it can not sing, I disagree with you completely. While it can be over used, I only use it for touch up. I never use it to correct mistakes. I will re-record it before I do that.
Q: Can I use your music for my own covers, projects, etc?
A: I normally don't have a problem with this. Please email me to request.
Q: Are you going to make a CD?
A: Probably not. This is really just a hobby of mine. Besides, most of my songs I would need to get copyright approvals from the arrangers which means $$.
Q: Do you play any instruments?
A: Yes, I play the bass in a Christian band called Free Lasting Souls. I also play bass for my church, North Highlands Bible Church, on Sunday mornings. I also play the piano. In school, I played the euphonium. In high school, I was a drum major for the largest high school marching band in the state of Kansas. Lawrence High School! Go Lions!!
