Hi, Could you give any advice on preforming a 540 kick, I can already do a 360 kick but for the 540 I'm having problems being able to land on my kicking leg. I cant seem to get my leg over to the other side to land on.

Hi, do you have ideas about defence against a back kick or spinning back kick? I spar often in an open stance as I like to use "southpaw" stance - or fight with my stronger side in front. (I am right handed.) I need to be aware or back kicks as I like to keep my front leg out side of my opponents leg.
