Elvis Presley did not steal any song. Credit for writer was always given. Elvis claimed HIS PERFORMANCE of songs BELONGED TO HIM.
SOUND FAMILIAR? Nothing in Elvis Presley YouTube video upload is "owned" by a YouTube "uploader" because he or she did not create photos, music, or movie clips. It is proper and courteous to make clear in description who prior to you "uploaded" video you selected on which you put your "twist" and describe your alterations or additions to the already uploaded video.
