There are so many Transformers Continuities so i have compiled a list here to help you out* :
THE G1 TIMELINE
First season and second season TV series only(with Optimus Prime leading)
Transformers the 1986 movie
Third season ( with Rodimus Prime)TV series only(I do not consider the Headmasters cartoon or any Japanese Transformers from the G1 Universe as canon)
Beast Wars TV series
Beast Machines TV Series
Transformers Universe2008-10 is also canon within G1 because it follows on from the Beast Machines TV Series (There are rumours on the net that this will be a TV series as well but it is currently a toyline only)

TRANSFORMERS UNICRON TRILOGY :
Transformers Armada(TV series ONLY)
Transformers Energon(TV series and Comics)
Transformers Cybertron(TV Series)

Continuities that are not canon with any other peice of Transformers continuities
The Michael Bay Transformers movies and the Transformers Prequel novel Ghosts of yesterday are a seperate continuity but the follow on comics are out of Canon with the movies.

Transformers Animated (THE AMERICAN CARTOON SERIES) are not canon with any other continuity

The 2001 Transformers Robots In Disguise cartoon is not a peice of canon as well.

Don't know much about it but TF legennds Peter Culllen and Frank welker are reprising their G1 Voice roles
