hey, i joined the track team this year, and turned out i was pretty fast. I'm the second fastest person in the seventh grade with a 60m of 8.25 and a 100m of about 13.45. Are there any tips you can give me to get faster by next year, possibly getting my 100m in the low twelves/ high elevens?
