Mike4671 gets no breaks from police because he doesn't understand the only break you get is from being the Beligerant Claimant; demanding your Rights. Well, he could get a break in one of the bones in his body if he gets on his knees and begs the police for nice treatment.

Clark County Sheriffs debate tomorrow night!!! June 3, Rainbow library.
All six candidates for Clark County Sheriff, including incumbent Sheriff Doug Gillespie, will be in attendance at a debate tomorrow night, Thursday, June 3. The forum will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Rainbow Library located at 3150 N. Buffalo Drive .

Hosted by the Charleston Neighborhood Preservation, the event is open to the public and all questions will be posed in a first come, first asked basis.

Since the sheriff administers the concealed weapons AND handgun registration program, this is a very important race for gun owners in Clark County . Sheriff Gillespie has indicated his strong support for the registration program, despite a lack of concrete data proving its efficacy in solving crime.

Whens the website for the NV CDL group going to be up. I tried to view it and it didn't work. And by the way, I don't want you to get me wrong. I think you clowned on the traffic cop quite nicely in the first video. Second video not so much.

The big picture here is that you capitulated to the police. You rolled down your window and gave them enough indicators to recognize that you were not intoxicated. Rehnquist gave the opinion in the Sitz case and he mentions guidelines, which in Nevada means the signs issue, but he also talks about drivers being briefly examined to determine signs of intoxication. You cooperated with that examination when you rolled down you window. You also cooperated with the police by talking and then kept talking after electing to remain silent.

Not good, they got what they wanted out of the seizure of your person. Next time don't talk and don't roll down your window.

How about we just start with requiring police to obey the law and respect the constitution they took an oath to protect. Police don't give you breaks? DON'T GIVE THEM ANY! If they violate the law, complain, follow through, and see that their unlawful behavior is punished. That's what I'm trying to do here.
