question regarding css navbar tutorial - as I scale my browser the buttons push left to a second row so that they all fit on screen - which is fine with me - how do I make the background also move with the buttons so that they don't just hang down onto white space?

hi there, i watched most of your tutorials and i really like them and i learned a lot, i have a request of tutorial if its okay :D i tried to make a comment box that works only for loged in users in the site, but i always fail. can u help me? (btw is it posible to make the comment box to accept html codes in it?, for example a user tipes something in it using some html tags, will they work in the comment box?) please help ^^
