Ok, sort of an impromtu video. A group of us were standing in Dal on hawkstriders, so I said to them "right guys, line up, and run around Dal 3 times". They didn't know I recorded it though.
Riders are as follows,
Black - Alexa
Purple - Leorina
Blue - Lucalicious, Keraz and Elasia
Red - Lastraven
Not the best but hey, it wasn't exactly planned.
Keraz wins legitly!

This AMV trailer is for a film simply called 9 which is directed by Shane Acker (not Tim Burton as commonly thought) and also not the other 9 movie starring Daniel Day-Lewis. Good; now that we have that out of the way, Ill gladly describe my creative process with this.
The story of the movie centers around a post-apocalyptic world where humans are kaputexcept for these 9 small creatures, that resemble sock puppets, with supernaturally placed souls. Their conflict is trying to rebuild the world despite dangerous machine monsters that try to kill them. Its based on a short CGI film of the same name that must have impressed its producers so much that its been remade with a much larger budget, a feat of accomplishment that I too want to achieve.
Well after seeing the trailer and also the original short film, I kept wondering what kind of anime would look totally different than any other animes that other editors would attempt. Then unintentionally Burtons name came up with a description on ANN (Anime News Network) for something called Tweeny Witches I started watching it and very quickly found this to be the most creative choice for the project; its also a very cool little anime. Theres no dumb fanservice, mecha, or any other typical clichés in the show other than saving the world, but its a refreshingly different anime and I definitely recommend it. Plus, like I said it worked quite well on this project on most of its themes and the editing was a fun challenge to assemble.
