Your Apple rant was epic. I'm an Apple customer, but I still see problems with the company's practices and products. I think that until more people complain about their software and products, they won't get better.

Apple is so focused on marketing and consumerism which can be a real drawback for a potentially serious technology company. They were better when they were smaller with user groups and communities surrounding Mac OS, etc. Now they're just becoming shiny luxury goods. I love my iPhone but am really turned off by Macs. The complete and utter ignorance of apple store employess demonstrates how its all become a sort of facade.
