FREEMAN VS TEESSIDE COURTS 7th JUNE 2011 case dismissed under common law!!! The Magistrates refuse to provide oaths but accept that the person they seek is in the court represented by the birth certificate presented the court usher even passes it to the legal clark. The cps and legal clark then begin to speak to the birth certificate who cannot defend itself without a human present. The lay advisor and member of the public in the gallary do not give the court juristiction by remaining seated. As they have entered under common law. The court even begins to assume who is who. The court staff were unlawful but remained calm and so did the 4 security guards in the gallery when trying make the public stand. The CPS rep hold his head in his hands as he is fully aware that his attempt to generate yet more money from these hard working people has and will fail. Remember you are HUMAN called john, not a PERSON mr john smith. the legal system can only punish the PERSON and not the human it must and requires a human to step forward and accept that they represent the PERSON. Why do you think the police ask your name MR JOHN SMITH staright away even before you have broken the law to contract you into a contract that you are not aware of. Stay seated hold your ground remain in honour at all times. MAXIMS in law • Upon the one alleging, not upon him denying, rests the duty of proving!!!! the legal clark tried several times to contract the lay advisor.

I was pulled over by a police van in Middlesbrough who demanded my name. Before I was willing to give my name I wanted to be clear on what the exact law that I had broken, so I asked the constable this turned out to be a bad idea. The constables used threats and voilence in order to try and issue a possible ticket. I remained in honour at all times. once the constable smashed my window with a huge axe I decided to flee to the nearest police station to seek help as I was under a vicious attack. I managed to get to the station with all of cleveland police chasing me and cutting my off. I assumed that these were not real constables as British constables swore an oath to protect us. I was strip searched and forced to my knees by a private security guard who inflicted severe pain with intent. My private area was inspected for drugs and weapons. After 12 hours I refused to be processed and claimed my right not to contract as a human made from flesh and blood, Then police sent a mental health team into my cell who asked me to sign the mental health act section 13 so they could make me disappear. I declined the offer not long after I was released without charge, interview or any kind of processing but had to pay £150 for the release of my LEGAL and LAWFUL land rover that was damaged and stolen by the police. Is this the greedy country we want? Please cleveland police step back a bit and remember who you serve. The time and date is incorrect on my camera this happened Sat 4th June 2011 at 0130am after I dropped a friend off. The constable who smashed the window was an armed officer. Why is this man walking around with weapons with a temper like this?
