I use it for all my projects
We will not be making the existing version of SolidWorks available on the Mac OS; however, it will continue to be available for Windows users alongside the new software once available.
Also consider the fact that to optimally run solidworks you need a workstation graphics card like a fireGL, none of which work with mac as far as Im aware. For solidworks to even consider a mac versions mac would need to support workstation graphic cards which I'm thinking isn't high on their to-do list.
Solidworks even removed osx support from eDrawing veiwer in 2011... So basically its never going to happen.
