@BeatBassMaker YOUTUBE needs to send you a message and it will say that you can upload videos, songs, blah blah - that are longer than 15 mins. If you don't get that message you cant... I got that message about 3-4 months ago and i haven't done anything soo... You gota get that message or else you cant upload videos longer than 15 mins. Sory that i couldn't help you :(
