Yes Charlie Sheen should be fired and no he brought this on himself with his self indulgent behavior. He needs help with his alcohol and drug problems and the rest would probably clear up after that. He had an inflated ego and needs to see there's always a replacement for anyone in anything just waiting to be discovered.
