mostly because it still marked biden as a presidential candidate...which would mean it is old.
seing as biden would be credited as vice president and not presidential candidate.
you should change the title.
there are a lot of stupid people in the world who won't notice that the interview as about the bush/cheney administration and not the obama/biden administration.
