Quit Drinking Now YouTube Channel - Let's face it, it is scary to quit drinking! When you have become so accustomed to drinking every day, or most days of the week, it is hard to imagine a life without alcohol, and more importantly it is hard to imagine a sober life that is actually FUN. I am here to tell you that it not only is possible, but how would you like to quit drinking and get sober in 30 days without ever having to leave the privacy of your home...GUARANTEED!
If you want to quit drinking and you want to still be excited and happy about life, you can do it, and I can show you how. If you want to read or listen to my story about how I quit drinking and changed my life visit this page on my website, http://thesobrietysolution...., but better yet on the Quit Drinking Now You Tube channel I want to share with you other peoples stories and how they actually learned how to quit drinking for good, and actually be happy and excited about life.
This channel interviews people that have learned how to quit drinking with the revolutionary new program I created, The 30-Day Sobriety Solution, and today they are no longer afraid of a life without alcohol. They quit drinking, and they quit drinking for the last time in their life, because sobriety is their new life. By applying the principles and solutions of The 30-Day Sobriety Solution they were able to make incredible changes in their lives, ones that actually lasted.
Many went from trying Alcoholics Anonymous, therapy and counseling and quitting drinking through willpower, but none of them created lasting sobriety.
Do you have any of the "problem drinking" signs below?
Do You Think about and Plan the Next Time You Can Drink?
How much time do you spend thinking about, planning, and looking forward to the next drink? I consider this one of the clearest signs, yet one of the hardest to be honest about and acknowledge. If the idea of quitting drinking scares you, it is a sign that you might really have a problem.
Have You Decided to Limit Your Alcohol or Change What You Drink?
Have you ever told yourself you were only going to drink on weekends or switch to drinking only wine or beer? In general, a pretty fair rule of thumb is that you don't try to quit something unless you think it has some sort of negative impact on your life. If you've ever committed to change how much, how often or what alcohol you drink, consider it a sign that you should quit drinking.
Do You Need to Drink More to Get a Buzz?
If you're drinking more today than you did 1 or 2 years ago to get the same level of alcohol high, then clearly your alcohol consumption is headed in the alcoholic path and you should consider quitting drinking. I used to switch the liquor, beer or wine I drank after I'd built up a tolerance. Afterward, I'd be able to drink less for the same affect.
Do You Drink 5 Times or More a Week?
If you have 1-2 normal sized drinks a night, not the 32 ounce glasses of box wine I would pour myself, then this might not be a concern. But if you feel the need to drink more nights than not, even if it's only two drinks, I think you need to take a hard look at why and what you think alcohol does for you and what life would be like if you could finally quit drinking.
Do You Dislike Attending Alcohol-Free Social Events?
There is a significant reason to be concerned if you look at social gatherings without alcohol as boring or completely uninteresting. There are all kinds of events that are fun regardless of whether alcohol is present, and there are, contrary to my beliefs for years while I was abusing alcohol, all kinds of people going to events with alcohol that aren't drinking and are having fun. Trust me, if you quit drinking, you can replace your alcohol laden events with more fun alcohol-free ones.
If you answered yes to some or all of these questions below it might be time for you to finally quit drinking. If you are interested in some FREE quit drinking resources be sure to visit The Sobriety Solution website.
The interviews on the Quit Drinking Now YouTube channel are of real people like you or me. They range in age, are male and female, have different income levels, have different family situations and live in different locations, but they all have one thing in common. They went from living a life behind the prison that alcohol can create, to learning how to quit drinking for good.
