Just so you know, my first bodybuilding competition is on October 16th, 2010.
NATURAL COMPETITION
That means urine and polygraph tests. I do NOT take or support the use of steroids.
In it to win it!!! I'm taking first place and nothing else. Teen's and men's class. Dieting begins 8 weeks from competition date. I'll be taking day to day pictures to show my cutting progress during those 8 weeks.
For this next month I'll be training to throw on busloads of rock-hard muscle. I gaurantee you will see some crazy improvement. Supplement stack: anacoda protocol
Training program: customized for mass as well as weak points (calf, glutes, middle back, lower back, forearms)
