Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts offers two diploma-granting programs, Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. Our programs are designed for students who wish to be productive immediately in a professional environment upon graduation.

Our students - never more than 15 in a class - receive instruction in the fundamentals of classic French and International cuisine, including nutrition, kitchen efficiency, preparing stocks and knife skills. Our advanced students operate our on-site Restaurant, Catering division and Bakeshop & Cafe.
