So now that the LG Marquee is out on BM, which to you think is a better choice....the Marquee or Triumph. I am among a few of us that have been strategically planning on going to a prepaid plan carrier for the savings and bundle package. Nevertheless, you know how it is.... bigger and better is always on its way. It gets frustrating. So anyway, what's your call? Oh, do you think there is any service quality advantages between VM and BM? Thanks for your wonderful help.....143PM

@mstechify i messaged you on here earlier this week and you said there were risks on what you do after rooting a phone... what can you do that can mess it up after rooting?

Anywho I read about what happened I truly hope everything is ok,let me know if there's anything I can help you with,I mean everyword of it too.By the way the 2 new phones that are coming out on vm are severely under powered I just don't know what they're thinking.I guess I'll have to get a slider I just don't want to deal with the triumphs short comings.

I have shown a working root. before showing I rooted and unrooted several times to see if any harm would come. everything was fine. Rooting lets you take full advantage of what your hardware is capable of . such as overclocking and bypass the OS's limitations. permissions are required for such apps to operate and need root access. Things you can start with is titanium back up, sd maid, adfree. with your new ability comes new responsibility to pay attention to what you are doing. some people can be stuck in a loop boot when they make wrong attempt at changing the boot logo and sound. it is possible. Most everything is fixable. Be sure you know the risks and what can happen. please do hard reset as shown video for factory restore.

Mystechify I have a question for you. If I root my optimus slider what kinds of things can I do with it, and can rooting be dangerous to my phone?

@mstechify what apps, accessories, etc. do you reccomend for the motorola triumph,i am trying to optimize my experience with it.

as for sprint user speeds. there is a way to switch to a different PLR. but with that download. if it isn't broke don't fix it.

Data speeds: Been hearing/reading lots of rumours that VM doesn't get the same speeds as Sprint users. Was in Portland, OR after Xmas and got 2.4Mbps down downtown 8 floors up. YMMV.

no go on the monitor fix to access my computer and upload videos. it was over six years old anyways. set it aside for another day to tinker with. heading to the store to look at some new BIG ones as I justified I at least tried. sorry for delay. timing sucks.
