One question: do you have any training for lay outs? I use to make lay outs but know I fill like I m gonna break myself if I lay out.

Should I stenght arms? shoulders? what?

Hey tim, great work on all the video's there is almost too much stuff to fit in before uni ultimate starts again here in the UK. One quick questions though about squat jumps, should they be avoided at all costs or what?

Hey do you know the name (if there is one) of the tune you use in the background of your videos? I noticed it on Brodie Smith's videos but I noticed you use it a lot too. He said someone made it, do you have it? It's a great reminder to get pumped for Ultimate.

@ steelerfan786.... don't sweat it at all, you can gain plenty of strength with just bodyweight... master the pistol squat... i'll make a video soon, but I would invest in the book "the naked warrior" by Pavel... you can also work with isometric contractions in certain positions... use the single leg glut bridge and the "st.johns fall" for posterior chain strength.... also, use plyos to develop power
