Please re-evaluate the logical framework behind cutting off part of a person's body in order to stop a behaviourally transmitted virus, especially when more effective measures are already in place.
This money and time should be spent on education, on sending condoms and people to explain condom use and otherwise dealing with the CORE issue. Anyone who can be convinced to cut off one of the most sensitive parts of their body can also be convinced to put on a condom.
Do not let ethnocentrism blind your institution.
With so many inspiring projects, it is a shame to see the day marred with such a harmful, misleading proposal.
There are some good resources on the U-M website -- it looks like admissions will take the ACT or SAT scores. But go to these links to find out more... http://www.umich.edu/prospecti

Good luck -- hope to see you on campus in Ann Arbor!
This is a random question I guess, but if I didn't take ACT's, could I still apply and hope to get accepted?
P.S. The Formula SAE videos you guys have is SO inspiring!
