1994 US-TORTURE STATUTE DEFINES TORTURE AS: "AN ACT COMMITTED BY A PERSON, SPECIALLY INTENDED TO INFLICT SEVERE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL PAIN OR SUFFERING ... UPON ANOTHER PERSON WITHIN HIS CUSTODY OR PHYSICAL CONTROL"... so declaring the Geneva Convention does not apply to "enemy combatants" is a useless argument.... because you are not allowed to do it to anyone
ANY PERSON with an intellect and will, CAN make a change!. Since persons always interact with each other, each one can change the mind of the other with proper explanation and appropriate behaviour.
If you consider the story of Adam and Eve to be true, it is obvious that they changed even the mind of God. After what happened to the apple, Eva blamed the serpent, Adam blamed God for giving him a woman... God, who gave them free will and initially wanted them to stay, changed his mind and threw them out of Paradise...
So for all you ppl out there wondering, if it makes sense to "FIGHT" to CHANGE the WORLD: ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A CHANGE!!!!
Just imagine what would happen, if today bush would be prosecuted... and it takes only an Attorney General to do that!
