衆院本会議での審議入りが十二日に予定されていた後期高齢者医療制度廃止法案（野党四党提出）の同日の趣旨説明と質疑が見送られました。十一日に参院で首相問責決議案が可決されたのを受け、民主党、社民党、国民新党が本会議をボイコットしたためです。
