the only way to do this is to create a backup/clone using Carbon Copy Cloner to an external drive, do the RAID10 and restore by booting from that external drive and restoring using the Carbon Copy Cloner tool again. Doing it that way does not need you to INSTALL anything :)

PS. Also SuperDuper seems to be able to do that, but Carbon Copy Cloner is free / Donationware.
