Until such time as The Crackles either agree to drop the song and never play it again or make a music video that is of mutual benefit I see no reason to remove this video from public view. It was my impression that they had given me the green light to promote their song until it gets serious media attention. I am not making any gain from airing this. I will make this video private by November 27, 2009 if it has not gone viral by then. If it goes viral they may end up thanking me, instead of exploiting my personal life story and making me feel unwelcome. Until they show a willingness to come to a mutual amicable agreement I see no reason why I should not be allowed to show my appreciation for the song about me. Why is it right that someone can exploit my existence and benefit from my personality and then seek to harm me?? How is there any justice in that??
