A historian, I live in a village called Sunniside in Gateshead, Tyneside, and in London. I make videos about travel, local news and politics and about my attempts to become self-sufficient. I have made a number of batches of bramble and crab-apple jellies after watching your vids.
They turned out fantastic I will be feasting on them through the winter.
A seperate batch of crab-apple jelly with ginger, chillie & cinammon was a great accompaniment to pork belly. Thanks for the recipie upload.
