Just saw Big and Little Howard live at the Bloomsbury in London. Not (criminally!!) a full house, and still we got the the full on, big energy show that I bet they got in Edinburgh and other venues: kids rendered incapable with laughter and grown-ups guffawing and groaning with joyous abandon at all the right places. He made my kid feel like he was there just for him with his performance, frying pan assaults and giving everybody a chance to meet him after the gig and for that I will be hassling the BBC to give him as many series as he wants for as long as he wants to do them!! BRAVO BIG HOWARD DRINKWATER READ and his PSYCHO CHILD CARTOON SIDEKICK!!! (Tho' he should back up his mac more often...)
