I hope I can be half as savage as the Hoss someday. Right now I have a sherline and it makes me feel small and pitiful.

Nevermind my last comment , i found a supplier here in canada that is selling bench mills for decent price. I may get one , i would just like to get my money out of it and more.

Littlemachineshop wants 300$ + shipping which would probably be another 100 for their x2 spindles. Not exactly cheap. Nor do i think grizzly will be any better. I'm probably best to buy a complete mill. Getting a table is the easy part , its finding a spindle. Unless you have any other ideas. Thanks

You can get an X2 R8 spindle assembly from little machine shop d o t c o m
Can get replacement parts for many mills from grizzly d o t c o m to build your own

Do you know where you can buy milling machine spindle from? I have seen ones for routers but i have yet to see one for mills. I was thinking of building up a cnc mill from scratch. I have found your videos/site very informative.

The G0704 is a BF20 class mill, much better quality than the Siegs.
You can find more info on my website listed in my profile.
