OK so next step try sitting down (old indian trick) and closing your eyes. Then say you want to talk. To nobody in particular. Just hold out your right arm so whoever wants to talk from space or wherever can sit next to you and talk or translate your sounds. I do it all the time you would be suprised who sits down to talk or just shows you pictures in their heads and what they try to tell you.
