I don't know if you got my reply, but I was having the same problem. This is what I did: Logged in as usual. Clicked on WATCH VENICE. HIT PLAY, then REFRESH. I had to do it a couple of times, but it worked. I hope this helps.

Hey,
I guess the rumors are true then....i uploaded my gif before youtube started blocking them.
So mine keeps moving...but if i were to change it to another gif it will not move either!!!
