Our Mission | FAQ
64 Bit Films is a small production company created by student filmmakers Jared, Luca, and Evan. Luca and Evan, creators of Film Tips and Tutorials, teamed up with Jared, a budding director and writer, to develop not only a filmmaking team but also a superb educational source.
Our goal is not only to make great films but to teach you along the way — so you can learn from our mistakes without having to suffer the consequences. With your support and feedback, we can continue our journey and give you a window into our successes and failures, and provide you with a better chance to succeed on your own go around the block.
Q: What kind of camera do you guys use?
A: For any small projects (or projects where we need more than one camera) we use the Canon HV series, but for anything more professional looking, we use the Canon T2i or 60D.
Q: How do you guys get all your stuff?!
A: Freelance and sponsorships! We get work doing videos for businesses and people, and we get sponsored because film companies see this as an opportunity to get their name across.
Q: So what's up with Monitor?
A: Monitor (now being shortened to 20 minutes long) is currently in the post-production process! Check out our website and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/monitorthemovie) for more updates!
Q: Can you talk about...
A: Sure, we take requests, but there's a lot of written and video material on our website that doesn't get posted here! Check it out for more updates!
