hey man..dude i watch all your vids and your an amazing athlete/thrower. my question is what do you do to stay so flexible? also what do you do that allows you to keep your arm back so far in the disc? your arm back i think is your absolute best quality because the whip you get is outstanding! I'm 6'3 255lbs currently in football but im doing track in college. PR's Shot- 51'8 Disc- 149'11
