EG4 (2010) — the entertainment gathering in Monterey — started with an eclectic session:
- a bubbly 14-year-old violin prodigy from New York, playing big romantic pieces; - a glass artist from rural Massachusetts who is married to... - an astronaut bound for the space station; - a magician who knows how to build a crowd, using just three balls; - a brother and sister and their scientific upbringing; - a hacker/inventor who brings a new twist to the science and art of debugging; - a material and mechanical wizard who brings his touch to origami & Japanese swordmaking; - a pioneer of do-it-yourself publishing; - a mad scientist/designer from Adobe.
