hey bro, make sure you make a folder called "chars" without the quotes where the mugen.exe file is, put all the characters you downloaded into there and then extract them, it should work. Check the example below (look at the directories:

you should just be able to run it man, what type of error is it giving you? You need a pretty decent comp to run it.
