Pamela Anderson introduces Adam Lambert for his performance at Gridlock at Paramount Studios in LA. It's not clear whether Adam actually notices Pamela's "wardrobe malfunction" during the intro, but always the gentleman, he kisses her hand as she leave (I am convinced that PA was clearly smitten with Adam). Adam bids adieu to the "MFing decade" and welcomes 2010 with "Music Again".

Partial video of Soaked and introduction to FYE (For Your Entertainment) performed by Adam Lambert during Gridlock LA New Year's Eve concert on 1/1/2010. Flask action, baby!!!
The video is shaky and partial (I was not intending to shoot videos, per se, just snippets from which to extract stills), and is often out of focus as heads got in the way, but if you use your imagination to fill in the blanks, you can see the detail in his interpretation, and the audio was much better where we were (behind the barricades in the "cheap seats") than in many videos shot from closer to the stage. All things considered, this was an amazing, awe-inspiring concert that mere words cannot adequately describe; just know that video in no way approximates what occurred live that night, and only provides a rough overview of the staging and performance order of the set list. The intricacies of the vocal runs and variations, and the physical expression through dramatic interpretation and dance was unparalleled. Just that simple.
