I'm a thinker ... a critical thinker, even though more often than not it doesn't show. I'm the self-styled imagineer, a dreamer at heart, an optimist, a rationalist, a subscriber to the power of a positive attitude.

I'm a proud husband and family man. The most awe inspiring and important responsibility I have is the raising of my daughter. My wife and I fully intend to raise her to be a responsible, accountable woman, a proud citizen of America, fully aware of her history, and determined to fully realize her potential. How will she do this? She'll be a critical thinker.

Even Charlie Rangel said Obama does not know what to do? Okay, sure. I don't know why quoting Charlie Rangel is supposed to carry additional weight. As for an executive order to lift the Jones act. I can't guess why he did not. Many have said what they think, but I don't have a direct link to the President. I don't know why he did not. I could guess, and it would carry even less weight than Charles Rangel. Some things are indeed spin. This is not. I'm not spinning a thing. I'm only stating what is. And you're stating emotion, again to which you are entitled.

Mr, Brown, I really love your spin. If someone points out Obama's screwing things up. Then that person must be irrational or stupid. You should have listen to Hillary. Obama got that 3 am wake up on the oil spill and Obama does not know what to do. Even Charles Ragel said that Obama does not know what to do. Why did Obama not waive the Jones act on day 1?

Evan, as so many have done, who seem to have an irrational dislike for the President, his administration, and the democratic party, you attribute everything to one man. Listen, the President may be the where the buck stops, but trying to posit a stance that he was the guy who said, "No, wait until much later to accept international aid." Well, in a free country we're entitled to think what we like, Evan. Even if it doesn't make any sense.

Thanks for the invitation. Also, I disagree with the young lady's comment below. Americans need to embrace their democracy and make it be accountable. Health care has been a long time coming to the US. Damn near every civilized country in the world has public health care. In the US people fear their government. In France the government fears their people.
