Spanning the Atlantic Ocean, Doc Scanlon's Cool Cat Combo claim home addresses in New York (Bassist-leader Doc), Barcelona (Clarinetist Juli & Drummer Marti) and St. Petersburg, Russia (Banjoist Mikha) and a burgeoning international following. The band is very popular with dancers, club-goers and festivals, and Doc has established his reputation worldwide touring Spain, France, Germany, the USA and China. The music they love to play is Swing, Hot Jazz, Jump Blues and New Orleans of the 1920's, 30's & 40's, and they excel at the dance rhythms of that colorful period. As you will able to tell, they also have a LOT of fun playing together. Each member has distinctive personalities that come across in all their live performance.

Reggie's Red Hot Feetwarmers have been together for over 20 years as a performing unit in New York State's Capital District. Originally formed as an offshoot, part-time project of Doc Scanlon, the traditional New Orleans sound of the band took off when it began to perform at the famed Saratoga, NY Racetrack. Since then, The Feetwarmers have become well-known regulars at the famed Racerack during its' Summer season and a constant presence in the Upstate New York music scene. Harkening back to the sounds of the 20's and 30's, Reggie's Red Hot Feetwarmers pump out an infectious, all-acoustic, totally unplugged brand of jumping jazz with the only amplification being the megaphone that "Reggie'' uses for singing. The band includes banjo, trombone, trumpet, slap bass and clarinet. Their rep is a romp through some of the best tunes of the Dixieland era. As an entertaining stage show or a unique strolling act, Reggie's Red Hot Feetwarmers are a popular attraction at fairs, concerts, clubs or any event. Watch them set toes tappin' and faces smilin'! Like Hershey's for chocolate or Mack for trucks, you can count on the Feetwarmers for sweet and saucy tributary sounds. Read more: http://www.myspace.com/reggiesredhotfeetwarmers#ixzz0zT49...
