I understand some of the points made from a meditation stadpoint.
But the atral projection i find a bit tricky.
Not so much for what one might find in the experience, but the for the reason that
putting all this pressure on the minds eye and the frontal lobe might hurt something.

so i came into this scene following the MCEO azurite press and A'shyana dean. been doing maharic shielding trying to strengthen my ext chakras. havent been able to astral project but havent been as serious about it as i should. i just wondered if you had thoughts or opinions on A'shyana Dean cause i hear alot of ppl saying to steer clear. either way you shatter what they offer and you do it for free! beginning to train and looking forward to do some light work. want to get to the top of the staircase but im chuggin along step by step. just wanted to let you know how greatful i am someone like you is doing what they do. you put fuel in my tank brother and i cant thank you enough for it! honestly Ryan you change more lives in more ways then you know...or maybe you do! loljk but thanks dude! doin what i can to get off the bench and into the game! very happy to be lead to your channel
