Not much to say about me. Started programming computers in 1983. I ran a BBS for 9 years. I used to run my own websites. I've written a fair amount of TCL scripts for Eggdrop bots, did demos back on the Commodore 64. Wrote software addons/editors for Trade Wars 2002 and general BBS usage. I know this is hard to believe, but yes, I am a geek.

I enjoy cooking and baking. Not to bad at it either. Not to great at just throwing stuff together yet, but I'm learning.

I enjoy doing crafts. My current 'thing' is making hand beaded jewelry. I would like to restart my eBay selling business when I can.

I enjoy a good cuddle. Sitting out in the moon light. Fishing at night.

I'm not what you'd call a social butterfly. I prefer time home alone with a loved one, or a small, close nit group of friends over a crazy night of partying.

I'm mostly a night owl. Don't care much for mornings. When given the choice, I much prefer to be up at night and sleep during the day.

I think I'm too sensitive. Some think that's a good thing. I don't always agree. haha.

I am more of a cat person, then dog. Although I've had both. Cats seem to be drawn to me.

As you may have noticed, spelling is not my forte'. My grammar sucks about as much as my vocabulary. And I pretty much need a calculator for anything more complex then 2 + 2. My mom blames the school system. I went threw grade school during the "new math" phase and teaching kids how to spell phonetically. I personally just think I'm an idiot. *shrug*

Personality:
I'm generally a pretty laid back kind of person. I have a rather wicked sense of humor that is not always shown in the most appropriate situations. What, you've never laughed at a funeral? I am a very fierce and dependable friend. As well as a formidable opponent. The phrase, "Angel to some. Demon to others." Sums it up well. I'm generally not the jealous type. But I'm not immune to the green eyed monster. I am very faithful and expect the same from the one I'm with.

Politics:
I'm a Libertarian across the board. I believe government is too large, too overbearing, and too full of itself. I'm for more personal freedoms and less government intrusion.

Religion:
I'm an eclectic Pagan. Egyptian drawn with elements of Celtic. I'm currently a non-practicing Witch.

Recreational Substances:
Drinking. I almost rarely drink. I either have an allergic reaction to heavy alcohol, or I have an intolerance to it. (I get really hot and my face turns red).
Smoking. Years ago I was a social smoker. I've since stopped.
Drugs. My only drug of choice is caffeine. Which I abused heavily as a teenager. Haha. I've tried weed twice in my life. The first time I did a 'Clinton' and didn't inhale. The second time I got it right. Almost coughed my head off. Haha. I do however believe it should be legalized.

Nicknames:
I've been known as DrN on irc and Dr. Nibble in the general computer scene. (The alias isn't sexual based, ask me and I'll tell ya the story).
