COP. 2. to steal; filch. 3. to buy (narcotics). 4. cop out, to avoid one's responsibility. 5. cop a plea, a. to plead guilty or confess; plea-bargain. Random House Dictionary

"There's a report out tonight that 24-years ago I was apprehended in Kennebunkport Maine for a DUI. That's an accurate story. I occasionally drank too much and I did on that night. I was pulled over. I admitted to the policeman that I had been drinking. I paid a fine." George W Bush, CNN Larry King Live, 2 Nov 2000

Good vids. The Police State is on the run!

"Strictly speaking, a driver can register a BAC of 0.00% and still be convicted of a DUI. The level of BAC does not clear a driver when it is below the 'presumed level of intoxication.'"

Dave, this website started out as a great idea, but I'm disappointed that you have not continued to add "legal self defense" videos to it. Citizens will ALWAYS need attorneys, no matter how well educated/informed we are, and I for one am profoundly grateful to you and to anyone else who posts well-made, clear and concise videos on the internet, (especially on YouTube), with which we can become more informed & competent in the area of law as affects our persons, our property and our country. I pray that you are well and that you can continue developing & maintaining this promising, greatly needed website. ~texascommtech

Hey dave,

What happens to the vehicle of a man who refuses to take a breath test and refuses to participate in the field test? Does the vehicle get towed?

And what if the driver is arrested, but there is a passenger with a valid driver license, do the cops have the right to tow away the car, or can the passenger driver the car home?

Thanks,
Luigi
