Wait, what? A new project? Well...yeah... :P
Yeah, kind of random. My buddy Roger and I are going to be doing the occasional Super Mario Kart videos where we simply do some races together. This won't be a super serious project or like a typical Let's Play. This project won't be updated incredibly often either- just kind of a "whenever we feel like recording" kind of thing.
Roger and I aren't the best at this game and again, this isn't a super serious project. We are just two goofy guys having some fun with Super Mario Kart, so that's all this project will be.

No, I'm not sad or anything. Just some updates. :P
First, I apologize for the lack of videos lately. Long story short, I've just been absorbed in other random things and just haven't gotten around to recording lately. I'll try to get around to recording more Majora soon. (More on this will be discussed further down).
Next, I'll talk about why I closed my Twitter:
First, I'll say that I apologize to anyone disappointed by this- anyone who enjoyed following me there and reading my tweets. But basically, I didn't have much reason to have Twitter. I don't do very much with it and when it comes to the people I follow, most are people I'm pretty close to and thus I generally don't get much new information from their Twitter posts.
Also, a lot of people on YouTube use Twitter to post exclusive updates about projects and things. I personally do not want to do this because it feels like a big inconvenience and waste of time. For simple updates like "Sorry for the delay" or "No videos this week", I don't need a completely different website for simple updates like this, nor do I want to make my audience go to another website just for simple information like this. I can just post quick updates like that in the comment section of my channel and in the recent activity. Not only do I have more character space there, but I've maintained my audience here on YouTube, not on Twitter. Therefore, there is much more of a guarantee that they'll obtain my updates on my channel than if I randomly put them on some other website like Twitter. If I tell people "Hey, I have some updates. Go to Twitter to read them", it just feels like I'm inconveniencing my audience. So basically, Twitter is not serving this kind of purpose in my life or to any of you.
People also use Twitter just to post random thoughts and tell their audience about things going on in their everyday lives. I'm not really this kind of person though.
So, I hope you all understand. I respect those who use Twitter and this isn't my middle finger to the website or my way of saying "SCREW TWITTER! IT'S STUPID!" or anything. Just for me personally, it isn't serving much purpose. Again, sorry for any disappointment.
Finally, one last update:
I have ordered a new microphone- a Logitech USB one for anyone interested. It should come in the mail soon. Therefore, I'm going to hold off on posting for just a bit longer just so I can do videos once the new mic comes in. Since it's only going to take maybe a few days to arrive, it seems kind of wasteful to do videos with my built-in mic when the new better mic will arrive soon. It doesn't seem worth it.
So, at the time of reading this, Majora should resume in a few days, unless things get in the way.
