These people have been bamboozled. They think they're protesting banks, yet their own protest is O.W.S. ("owes"). 2 Points:

1. "Get a job you..." -- As the right wing loves to point out (since they blame Obama and not Bush for it), there are no f-ing jobs. You would know this if you weren't so busy simply trying to discredit people you disagree with.
2. The "repeat thing" was implemented due to restrictions on the use of bullhorns or other devices, in an effort to be certain that everyone could be heard. What you see as "cult like", is actually a simple though time consuming way, to use non-technological dissemination of information to all. In fact, it's not unlike using signal towers, drums and trumpets in ancient times to share information very quickly.

These people are smarter and more dedicated than you realize, and you mock them at your peril. Say what you will, I've seen no insults, and no hate rhetoric in these clips that compares with the insults and hate right here on the comments from you who disagree with them. Think on that for a few ticks...
